Fitness Classes

Karate, athletics, swimming, circuits, kayaking, parachuting, running, obstacle racing and kettlebells…I’ve taught them all since the age of 10 years old and all in a group environment.

I have some classes already scheduled in my weekly diary which you can join in with or get a group of your friends or work colleagues together and sort out a time that works for us all.
